The BFF Song- LEGO friends

I chose to analyze The BFF Song by LEGO Friends. The very simple song uses some techniques that are pretty normal. There isn't very much rhyming, only in a few stanza's. They use repetition with a different ending like for example the verse down below shows what a few stanza's involve on them.

Sometimes we all get scared
Sometimes we all feel sad
That’s when you need a friend(need a friend)
Bea , bea , bea ,bes..t , bea
Bea, bea, bea, B-F-F, b, b, b
You can see the first two and last two lines both have repetition with a different ending. 
In the chorus dow below, every last word of a line rhymes with the one before it most of the time.

 Best friends forever
Forever and ever
No, no, no matter what
We stick together
Best friends forever
Forever and ever
Me and my girls we’re best friends forever
(BFF) best friends (okay)
(BFF) forever

 The overall meaning of this song is that friends should never separate and should always stay by each others side.

    Good job on analyzing this song. I agree with the fact that it uses normal techniques. I also agree that this song does not rhyme very much.

   The few days we have had off from school have been very fun for my sister and I. On MLK day my sister was at her friends birthday party so I had the house to myself and I played Mario Kart until 2 AM. On Tuesday I played the Wii again with my sister for hours until we needed to do our school work.     On Wednesday (today) I jumped into my freezing cold pool and ran upstairs to the shower. Every step I took on the stairs my legs felt like they were breaking like thin ice. I am currently sitting in a hot tub writing this because I am still freezing!

reading response to VOMEW

    A Very Old Man with Enormous Wings  is about an angel that was stopped by weather at a newborns house. This story is set on a beach with lots of crabs. It had been raining for a while and the old man angel was toppled by the rain. The angel seemed really nervous around everyone, but comfortable at the same time. This was the most unrealistic story which set a weird mood on it.    This story had a dark and gloomy setting. It was a kind of scary atmosphere with an old angel man. This was also during the winter season. The crowd that the angel had attracted seemed excited and curious. This was a really depressing story.

research update

research question: Why was feudalism a successful system of governance and social hierarchy in the Middle Ages?   Feudalism is what changed economy around the world. It's like a bigger version of trading, but different. I wanted to study it during the Middle Ages because that's when it came about. I think feudalism is very interesting because a person could have land by only paying with their loyalty and service which is just very different.     I thought this would be an easier topic to do a research project on because we have already done a unit on it in history class. I'm not the best at history, but I comprehended the feudalism topic pretty well and thought it would be easy for me.
